Code42 Appoints Kathy Crusco to Its Board of Directors
Code42, the leader in insider threat detection and response, today announced the appointment of Kathy Crusco to its board of directors. An enterprise software veteran, she currently serves on the board of directors at QAD Inc., Poly (formerly Plantronics and Polycom), and Calix, Inc., and most recently served as chief financial officer at Kony, Inc., a cloud-based digital banking application and low-code platform solutions company.

Prior to joining Kony, Ms. Crusco served as executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Epicor Software Corporation. Before that, Ms. Crusco held positions of increasing responsibility at Polycom, Documentum, Inc., Adaptec, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
