Suken Vakil joined JMI In 2012 and has been investing in and helping build leading software companies for over a decade. He is a General Partner at JMI Equity, focusing on software businesses. He is currently a Board Director of ButterflyMX, HackerRank, Huntress, Lytics, and SOCi, and Whistic and a Board Observer at Code42 and Seismic Software. His investment experience includes prior investments in Adaptive Insights (Acquired by Workday (NASDAQ: WDAY), Arena (Acquired by PTC, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTC), Avecto (Acquired by Bomgar), and Internet Brands (Acquired by KKR). As a General Partner of JMI Equity, Suken leads both minority and majority investments in enterprise software companies. He collaborates with management teams to define and achieve market-leading growth strategies.
