Code42 Hires Leslie Pendergrast as Senior Vice President of People

(Minneapolis – Feb 09, 2017) – Code42, the leader in endpoint data protection and recovery, announced that Leslie Pendergrast has joined the company as senior vice president of people. Pendergrast’s background includes helping technology companies scale for rapid growth, including working as chief people officer for Datalogix and Sourcefire, and as vice president of human resources at Citrix Systems.

In her role as senior vice president of people, Pendergrast will focus on enhancing employee engagement. Her experience developing business environments that promote employee value fulfillment supports Code42 initiatives in Minneapolis, as well as the other communities where the company has a presence.

Prior to joining Code42, Pendergrast was the chief people office at Datalogix, where she and her team developed strategies and practices in the areas of talent acquisition, talent development, culture and well-being, benefits, compensation, HR operations and workplace resources. Pendergrast’s past experience has taught her to communicate from a place of authenticity and to manage to the idea of readiness and resilience.
