Karen is an Operating Advisor at JMI with over 20 years of customer success experience in the software industry. She recently served as the SVP of Customer Success at Code 42 and has built customer success programs for world-class brands like Eloqua, Oracle, Adaptive Insights, and SuccessFactors. Karen currently serves on the Board of Higher Logic and was formerly on the Boards of Cosential and Benevity.
