Heather joined JMI in 2022. As a member of JMI’s operating team, Heather works with portfolio company leadership teams to hire executive talent. Prior to joining JMI, Heather was the Head of GTM Talent at Thrive. She was previously the Director of Talent at Great Hill Partners and a Senior Recruiter at Drift.
