Heather is an Operating Advisor at JMI, bringing extensive expertise in scaling fast-growing software companies. She has a strong HR background with a focus on performance management and talent branding. Most recently, she was part of the team at Snowflake, where she played a role in guiding the company from its pre-IPO stage to IPO. Prior to that, Heather was instrumental in scaling ServiceNow from 800 to 9,000 employees, where she held key leadership positions across the HR domain.
